Builders Cohort

Not an accelerator. Not an incubator.
A venture creation ecosystem.

Builders bring ideas. Specialists help build them. Together, we create companies that prove themselves in the market.

Project-Based Participation

Membership belongs to the person. Services belong to each project. One builder can run multiple projects, each moving independently through the phases.

Each project is evaluated separately

Specialists assigned per-project, not per-member

Failed projects don't affect your other ventures

All projects must target at least a national market

  • Version iterations
  • Infrastructure scaling

6-Month Validation Window

After launch, each project enters a six-month validation period. Products must prove themselves in the market.

Platform Support During Validation

Performance Benchmarks

  • Active users
  • Revenue generation
  • Customer engagement
  • Product traction
  • Founder commitment

Continue Development

Meets performance threshold

Program Exit

Below performance threshold

Marketing and hosting support ends. Resources redirected to other products. Product removed from active portfolio.

Founder Exit Option

Voluntary departure

Founder may leave voluntarily. Transfer hosting to their own systems. IP ownership remains with founder. Exit fee may apply.
